Don't know if you fellas know about this handy thing:
BlogThis!Copy the link to your favorites or toolbar. When you're on a page you want to link to, hit the link, and it'll pop up a form that copies the URL into the post. If you select a portion of text before hitting the link, it'll copy it into the post as well. Of course, you can edit the title and link text afterwards. Very handy.
