This happened last month, but I think it's still worth a mention. Hong Kong, not exactly the world's center of political or historical awareness, became home to the world's first
Nazi-themed fashion collection. Local company www.izzue.com produced the collection because they wanted a "military" look. What's astounding is that the company's reps seem absolutely geniune when they claim to have been unaware that anyone would find it offensive.
But then again, this is the place where people queued up to buy SARS face-masks with the Luis Vuitton emblem printed on them.
