Old railcars as becoming culverts and bridges in Iowa. "There are so many structures, and so many are going bad," said an engineer for Floyd and Chickasaw Counties. Sounds a little stop-gappy to me, but...

I'd like to see how many of these cars there are and what kind of modular buildings you could make with them. (Delivering them to site seems to be a fairly straightforward exercise.) What do you suppose you can do with old tractor trailers?
