The Snow Show
Certainly better than cross-country skiing:
In the winter of 2004 a unique cultural event, The Snow Show, will take place in Lapland. Internationally recognized architects and artists will collaborate to design installations using as their primary materials snow and ice. These designs will be built into an outdoor exhibition of 30 structures in Kemi and Rovaniemi. The event will be open to the public in March, 2004.
