Suing Harvard
Remember our GSD librarian, Desiree Goodwin? She's
suing Harvard for discrimination. I'm still not clear on whether she's saying it's because she dressed sexy or because she's black. The
Post's auto-advertisement script shows one ad for "Discrimination Lawyers" and two for "White Blouses" so I guess it's a dress sexy thing.
Harvard has motioned to dismiss the complaint. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination have both dismissed the case.
Where does one get the money to sue Harvard?
