Turduckens

A chicken in a duck in a turkey. To me this is very different and much wronger from the traditional pork-veal augmentation. Is there even a flavor difference between poultries? Duck, perhaps. The most troubling thing is the re-shaping of the turducken back into a monster bird. At least meatloaf becomes a harmless loaf.
