Obvious: Computers OK, People Problematic, Microsoft Sucky
Computers 'hamper the workplace'Computer systems at work are not working as they should, despite costing millions, a report says.
The problem lies with people rather than the systems themselves, concludes the iSociety think-tank.
Fairly obvious report on how non-techy people waste their time and money on tech. Techy people, however, get results. That is, if you're not me, and you're not using Outlook. Mine suddenly got freaky and won't display emails. I get a C++ runtime error/abnormal program termination every time. If you search google or google news, you get hundreds of people asking the same thing with no solution. And if you search support.microsoft.com you get nothing, nothing at all. It's craptacular.
If anyone knows how to fix this problem, please let me know. Oh wait, you may have to call me since I can't read email...
