Dell to Stop Using Indian Call Center for Corporate Customers

After an onslaught of complaints, computer maker Dell Inc. has stopped using a technical support center in India to handle calls from its corporate customers.

Yeah, but I've had plenty of nigh incomprehensible support calls with southern speakers. What is Dell going to do about them?
