To judge from his presentation and explanations, it seems that beyond the magnificent exterior of the building ('I explain to friends that the building looks like a hamantasch,' he said in the lecture), the design is more complex and complicated and delusional than it seemed when it was first publicized, particularly the central space, the 'waterfall of light.'
