Is this the closest he's gotten to the Delirious New York masterplan (above)? Hm. And what's with the latest trend of undifferentiated Incan trapezoids? NYC2012 was full of them too. Does the interior get more natural light? Or is this what post-Blobism is supposed to look like? I'm perturbed.
