Letters to the Future
Futureme.org will let you write letters to send at a later date. That service in itself isn't very interesting, but being able to read the
public entries is. There's one in there that starts, "You're currently a level 24 Paladin... Have you slept with a girl yet?"
Less fun and altogether venal are those email-when-you-die subscription services, like
mylastemail.com and
lastwishes.com. Something like $10/month
until you die for them to keep a 1k file on a disk somewhere. Smells reminiscent of a 1999/2000-era b-school business plan.
