SINGLE speed DESIGN

John Hong, a guy I used to work with at Bill Rawn's office (a guy who said it would be a mistake for me to choose the GSD) has been busy with his company, SINGLE speed DESIGN LLP in Cambridge. His company just won the Metropolis Next Generation Prize for their Big Dig Building (reusing the highway as a building structure). Cool.

Incidentally, John was a student of Jude LeBlanc's back when Jude taught undergrad at UVA. He said Jude pushed radical, experimental ideas when he was there. Then something happened when Jude got to Harvard. Something very sucky...
