Wait, isn't that the new Prada store in Tokyo by--? Ohhhhhhh.
Just to show how shallow is the pool of design concepts that contemporary architects seem to chose from, have a look at some pics of Koolio's new
slanty library in Seattle. Strangely, tho, this building is less like H&deM's Prada store--which is full of actual design innovations--and more like OMA's Prada store, which is full of gimmicks.
And for those of you new to architecture, an "innovation" is a really nice-looking gimmick.
