Kryptonite vs. Bic

News for those who want to either protect their bikes or steal new ones:

Your brand new U-lock is not safe. A Kryptonite U-lock (and Kensington
computer lock, and a lot of other locks that have cylindrical keys)
can be opened by jamming a the barrel of a ball-point pen into the
lock and twisting. Here are some movies from bikeforums.net:

Spectacular. Hey, how come they don't make a bike that uses the frame
itself as the lock?
