Don't steal my ugliness
A Yale Arch student is suing David Childs for
plagiarizing his design. He says that Childs saw his design at a review, praised it, then ripped off the structure and the skin for the Freedom Tower. How does this work, exactly? Don't universities own students' work? And how successful are architects at winning plagiarism suits?

archinect has
images from the lawsuit. That's either uncanny or terribly cheap of SOM.
