From hand to paper to hand to piano to tape to computer to piano, and then back to tape
Yahoo! News - Ghost concert to revive music of the pastTech company Zemph Studios will perform a phantom concert featuring two dead pianists. Scratchy recordings of Alfred Cortot in 1928 and Glenn Gould in 1962 have been transcribed into hi-fi midi and will play back on real live pianos, supposedly catching every nuance from the original performances.
