Seems like she missed a few more simple improvements:

- Use unambiguous dates. What day is 02/11/05 ??
- Say "per day" or "every day" instead of "daily" (though they do mention the language problem.
- Use a multicolored band of rubber for the patient identifier, so the color can be changed (rotated, like a rubber band) at home...otherwise pharmacists have to store patient-color mappings in their database?
