Take a look at
The Gutter, an offshoot of Curbed (ostensibly inspired by
this post). "Ill-mannered commentary on the architectural arts."
I haven't looked into it, but my impression is that it's written by architects (or close friends of architects, close enough to hear them gossip and complain about the people and the profession). Lots of dirt, self-aware pettiness and meaningless meanness. Sometimes it's
refreshing, but most of the time it's just Gawker-ish chatter.
It'll be an interesting one to watch. There could be an archinect-gutter symbiosis forming here, where one gets more respect while the other becomes sheer entertainment. Compare it to, say, Garth Brooks and Chris Gaines.
